Delivery & Returns

We deliver to the UK only.

Standard Mainland delivery is included in the price of our subscription products and all subscription products are despatched on the 15th of each month. Standard delivery is by Royal Mail 48 and generally takes 2-3 working days after despatch on the 15th.

All of our delivery prices include both postage and beautiful Storybox packaging. 

​

Please note all delivery times stated are for orders placed by 2pm Monday – Friday (excluding public holidays in England). All orders placed after 2pm on a Friday will be sent on the Monday or next working day in the case of bank holidays.

​

On products that are not part of our subscription, there are two Royal Mail postage options available. Royal Mail 48 is charged at £3, and Royal Mail 24 is charged at £4.50. The postage costs do not increase with the size of your order.

What to do if your order hasn’t arrived

​

If you’ve not received your order within the estimated delivery times, please do get in touch with us within 30 days at hello@zazastorybox.com.  We’ll be happy to help you with your query.

​

Unfortunately we’re unable to look into delayed parcels once these time periods have passed.

​

Subscription products are despatched on the 15th of each month, or closest working day after.

 

Return & Refunds

In the unlikely event you receive an incorrect or damaged order, please get in touch with us within 30 days of receiving your order, we will be happy to assist you further and will provide you with a free returns label. You can reach our customer services team at hello@zazastorybox.com.

General

You will receive an email confirmation once your order is on its way so you can look forward to its arrival.

​

We will always do our utmost to ensure your order reaches you within the stated delivery times, however please note there are rare occasions where factors outside our control can affect delivery, such as Royal Mail delays.

​

Please make sure that the shipping address is correct. If you have given us an incomplete address, the wrong address or if you are not in when delivered, your order is unlikely to arrive on time.

​

If you suspect a lost delivery, please contact us quoting your order number and we will look into it for you. Please note if your order doesn’t fit through the letterbox and there is no one in to receive it, Royal Mail should leave you a calling card letting you know that a delivery has been attempted and how to rearrange delivery or collect your item.
